We're thrilled to announce that we are hosting an Open Data Life Sciences Hackathon from October 1st-3rd, 2025 at Amazon HQ2 in Arlington, VA. This is an in-person only, 3-day hackathon for researchers interested in building knowledge graphs using large publicly available life sciences datasets from Amazon Web Services (AWS) Open Data. If you are a Bioinformatician, Ontologist, Biomedical Informatician, Life sciences researcher, or a Data science professional interested in knowledge graphs and biomedical datasets, we invite you to apply for this upcoming hackathon.
